Hi, my name is Rob Pailes. I am a Realtor® specializing in residential real estate transactions in Sanibel, Captiva, Ft Myers, and the surrounding areas.
As a member of the Bell Team, the leading sales team for VIP Realty Group, Inc. in southwest Florida, I get the opportunity to assist people every day in the purchase or sale of single-family homes, condominiums, and vacant land. Whether as a primary residence, second home or investment property, these transactions represent some of the most important financial decisions our clients will ever make. To provide the level of professional service and agent representation they deserve, I stay current on all transactions in the area, study local and national market trends, attend industry seminars, conventions, and continuing education courses.

Originally from Morgantown, West Virginia, I first moved to Sanibel in 1989. I instantly fell in love with the islands and the awesome beauty of southwest Florida. Although I only stayed for a few years, I returned to Sanibel permanently in 1997 to continue my professional career in the restaurant business. My love of the islands’ natural beauty and wildlife led to a second career in wildlife photography. Today my company, Santiva Images, Inc, continues to market my bird photography to magazines, calendars, and stock photography markets throughout the country. In January of 2004 I attained my real estate associate license and joined the Sanibel office of VIP Realty Group, Inc as a full time sales associate. I had the privilege of joining the Bell Team in the Captiva VIP Office in August of 2005. Recently VIP recognized me as the 2005 “Rookie of the Year” for Sanibel and Captiva Islands.
When I am not working I like to spend time with my family. My wife Georgie and I have a darling five year old girl Siena, and and a beautiful 18 month old son Ronan. We love to spend time outdoors and at the beach, and whenever possible we go boating and fishing together on the coastal waters of southwest Florida. I stay actively involved in my community, recently serving as the President of the Board of Directors for the Beachwalk Isles Homeowners Association for two years, amd Vice President prior to that for two years. I also am on the Government and Political Action Committee and the Professional Development Committee within the Sanibel/Captiva Association of Realtors®.
I attribute my early success as a Realtor® to my ability to provide an exceptionally high level of customer service based on a genuine concern for the well being of my clients and their best interests.. I refuse to compromise my integrity or ethics, and I always share my honest opinions throughout the real estate transaction.
