Karen Bell, associate-broker, has resided on the Islands since 1979 and has been active in real estate since 1987. She is dedicated to the community and serves on various committees of the Sanibel-Captiva Conservation Foundation, serves on the Landlord-Tenant committee of the Community Housing Resource Board, the Board of “Friends Who Care” and is a member of the Captiva Civic Association. She was active with the Loggerhead Sea Turtle Program for 9 years and served on the Sanibel-Captiva Association of Realtors Board of Directors. For many years, Karen has consistently been the "Top Producer" for both Sanibel and Captiva Islands. |

Robert Pailes moved to Sanibel in 1989 from his hometown, Morgantown, West Virginia. Robert joined VIP Realty Group, Inc. in May of 2004, and The Bell Team in August of 2005. He recently was recognized as VIP's "Rookie of the Year" for Sanibel & Captiva Islands. Prior to his real estate career, Robert spent 22 years in the restaurant industry. He worked in all levels of management and ownership, including general manager and managing partner. He is also a successful wildlife photographer, and markets his work around the world through his company, Santiva Images, Inc. This extensive experience in customer service and marketing sets the foundation for Robert's approach to his real estate career. Sherrill Sims has been a full-time resident of Captiva since 1983. She received her Realtor’s license in Virginia in 1968; was V-President of the Lynchburg, Virginia Board of Realtors, was State Director of the Virginia Board of Realtors, is a graduate of the Realtors Institute, serves as a Commissioner on the Captiva Erosion Prevention District, is a member of the Captiva Civic Association and worked as an appraiser for 6 years. Sherrill has been actively working as a licensed Realtor in Florida since 1990. |

John Bates has resided on the Islands since 1978 and has been Captiva's Fire Chief for over 20 years. John has served on the Board of Governors of the Captiva Civic Association for two 3-year terms and served as President. John has had extensive experience working with Lee County on rezoning issues in the early 90’s. John has been active in Real Estate since 1984. |

She graduated from Edison Community College with an Associates in Arts Degree and has attended Florida Gulf Coast University working on her Bachelors in Arts.
